TIMESTAMPS

00:00 – INTRO

00:55 – UTILITY

What is a playbook?

How to create your own Playbook.

The importance of having a Playbook.

Rivalry’s high-strike-rate patterns.

Gathering data eliminates randomness.

Invalidation is important in the game of probabilities.

Your set of rules can be established by roles (tiers).

Roles + Plays + Game Plan = Playbook

🔎 05:15 – Tier One

- PDPA/PDVA (Futures Indexes).

- PWVA (Crypto, primarily BTC).

- The question to always ask yourself: “Is price currently rotating within value or is it in an imbalance searching?”

🔎 07:14 – Tier Two

- ONH/ONL - overnight high and overnight low (Futures Indexes).

- Opens - monthly open, weekly open, daily open (Indexes/Crypto).

- S/R Levels - Monthly (can be considered Tier One in Crypto), weekly, daily and nPOCs.

- VWAP - volume weighted average price (Indexes/Crypto).

- Developing Value - Midday preferred, after IB on Indexes (Indexes/Crypto).

🔎 11:42 – Tier Three

- Fibonacci - all forms considered (Indexes/Crypto)

- IB - initial balance (Indexes).

- Supply & Demand flips - Very subjective, you need a high market IQ in order to master this (Indexes/Crypto).

🔎 14:43 – Tier Four

- Footprint (Indexes/Crypto).

- Delta trend (Indexes).

- Divergences - such as bullish and bearish divergences (Crypto).

Honorable Mentions:

- The PW profile on Indexes should always be considered for the general trend of the market.

- In the same way, due to crypto being a lower liquidity market, we view the PM profile to get a sense for the overall trend of the market.

18:05 – IMPLEMENTATION

🔎 18:20 – Playbook One – The Value Retrace Play (Indexes)

- Consider the PDPA and PDVA levels (Tier One).

- If a 30-minute candle closes “within balance” of either level, the probabilities of a rotation to the inverse level increase.

- If a 30-minute candle closes “outside of balance” of either level it is now in an imbalance searching for the next value.

🔎 18:59 Here is an example for the S&P 500 Index starting on the Daily chart and moving down.

🔎30:00 Crypto works in a similar fashion, but due to its lower liquidity you would switch to the Weekly Profile in relation to the overall Monthly Profile.

31:06 – TIPS & TRICKS

★ It is important to note that Tier One levels will always take precedence over any other Tier list.

★ It is advisable to go in order. I.e., once Tier One has been established, check if any of Tier Two applies, and so forth.

★ Often Tier levels are “areas of interest for POSSIBLE reversal”. It is important to apply the techniques of “How to Spot a Trend” with trade management.
